The North London Mental Health Partnership shares the views of NHS Constitution which states that ‘The patient will be at the heart of everything the NHS does’.
We welcome the involvement of those who use or have used our services and those that support them, in reviewing and shaping the design and delivery of our services.
Sharing your experiences allows us to understand how we can improve and know where things are working well. We need you to be part of helping us think about creating solutions and improved ways of working.
Getting involved can also help you build confidence in your strengths and experience, and help you develop new skills. Plus, can help you link into forums, support, training, and networking opportunities, as well as providing a way to contribute to creating positive change within our local NHS services.
There are ways to get involved including: joining our Involvement Register, becoming a member, giving your feedback, volunteering or joining a service user or carer group.
The Involvement Registers are confidential lists of our current or former service users and those who support them (family/friends), who would like to get involved with activities and projects at the Trust as Representatives/Experts by Experience.
People who join the register will receive communications from us about opportunities to get involved and information and activities they may be interested in.
Find out more about the involvement register and how to join if you use/support someone who uses services in Barnet, Enfield and Haringey.
