The deadline for entering our photography competition has been extended - you can now submit your photographs by 11pm on Friday 1 March!

Help create a calming environment at our new flagship hospital

It will be important for the visuals in our new Highgate East hospital to support a calming environment. We are therefore launching the Calming Nature photography competition, encouraging staff and service users to showcase their photography talents and help bring peace and tranquillity to our state-of-the-art facility.

Competition themes

There will be four themes to choose from:

  • Majestic Landscapes - Capture the awe-inspiring beauty of vast landscapes, forest scenes, majestic mountains or serene seascapes.
  • Wildlife Wonders - Focus in on the world of flora and fauna to capture the remarkable life that inhabits our natural surroundings.
  • Tranquil Waters - Let the soothing ripples and peaceful reflections of lakes, rivers, and oceans inspire your photographs. Calm waters create the perfect setting for peaceful compositions.
  • Macros of Nature - Explore the intricate details of small-scale beauty. From dew-kissed spider webs to delicate flowers, reveal the enchanting world hidden within.
