Congratulations to our 2024 O.S.C.A.R.S winners!
On Thursday 23 May we were delighted to host our Partnership Outstanding Service Contribution And Recognition Scheme (O.S.C.A.R.S) Staff Awards ceremony.
The awards are a wonderful opportunity for us all to recognise the amazing work that has been taking place across our Partnership and celebrate our fantastic achievements.
Our host for the awards ceremony, held at the Connaught Rooms in Central London, was Gail Porter, the TV presenter and a keen advocate for improved mental health care and support.
The award categories were: Living our shared values, Ensuring equity of outcome for all, Providing consistently high-quality care, Creating a great place to work, Pioneering research, Quality Improvement and Technology, Team of the Year, Manager / Leader of the Year, Apprentice of the Year and Service User-nominated GEM – Go the Extra Mile Award.

Marko has led by example when it comes to quality improvement and has been ‘a beacon of inspiration whose dedication to bettering care processes has touched the lives of countless service users and staff members alike. Marko is a Physical Health Lead Nurse in Enfield. Mark Pritchard and Chipo Sambani collected the award on behalf of Marko. |

Danny had one of the highest numbers of nominations and what ran like a golden thread throughout them all was his kindness and empathy towards service users and the ability to develop therapeutic relationships with some of the most challenging and complex service users. Danny began as a volunteer and expert by experience, and became a full-time member of staff last year when he applied for, and was successful in securing, a Band 4 Recovery Worker role. Danny is a Recovery Worker in our STAR-Team. |

Zoe was our stand-out winner with so many nominations but what was consistent in all of them was her determination to put the interests of service users at the forefront of everything she does. Zoe is a Physical Health Practitioner for the Early Intervention Service in Enfield |

The judging panel heard several very moving accounts of how Kim has transformed the lives of service users, helping them to navigate very difficult times through competence, effective strategies and interventions. Kim is a Clinical Psychologist in the Traumatic Stress Clinic, Islington |

Chinea initiated the formation of the anti-racism group cross Camden and Islington and takes a prominent role around supporting all the equality and diversity working groups and race reflective spaces.
