How to access this service
The common pathway to accessing psychological therapy is through referral from your GP to the locality mental health team where you would be invited to an assessment by a psychologist. If treatment is recommended, the psychologist would then refer you on to the Psychology Hub for this.

Who is this service for?
We work with adults from the age of 18 years old upwards who are residents in Barnet.
We provide psychological assessment and treatment for people who need help with a range of mental health problems including depression and anxiety, psychosis, personality disorders, and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Our services are provided from the Springwell Centre in Barnet. Home visits are limited but we will always consider this based on clinical need.
What to expect
Our psychological interventions all aim to support recovery and to enable our service users to identify their pathway in life and to help them to find a sustainable way to stay on it, working with them and the people in their lives that are important to them. Social inclusion and community involvement are key elements to promoting the Trusts vision of supporting healthy lives and healthy communities through the provision of excellent integrated mental and community healthcare.
