We carry out an assessment of the problems you are facing and what kinds of help may be useful. Then we form an individual treatment plan for you. This will be discussed with you and will include a list of the types of help we think would be best suited for your needs. We will also be considering whether you are likely to need any further help when you are discharged.

Who is this service for?
Many people with depression, anxiety and trauma will be helped by the psychological therapies and wellbeing services that are based in doctors’ surgeries and community settings. However, if you have more complex problems you may benefit from our multiprofessional help for a period of time.
What to expect
Our team are all experienced professionals who have been trained to provide a range of different types of help including psychological therapies.Your treatment may involve individual or group therapy sessions. The types of help we can offer includes information and advice about your mental health condition, psychological therapies to help you with your symptoms, explanations about medication and support to help you get employment or education.
